How it works
We don't ask you to fill out a long form to get started. We ask you to have a conversation.
We start with a free, 30 to 45 minute discovery call. We want to understand why your family is reaching out, hear the situation in your own words, and see whether we're a good mutual fit. If we are, we'll agree on a fee for an onsite assessment. That covers travel and the plan itself. From there we schedule a 90-minute in-person visit, focused on getting to know each other.
Within about a week of the assessment, we deliver your Bridge Plan. It lays out the duration, the outcomes we're aiming for, the scope of work, and any recommended services outside the core retainer. We present it to you, and we adjust the scope or pricing together before anything begins.
We execute the Bridge Plan and deliver the ongoing personal retainer described in our five service pillars. You get regular updates. Your loved one gets a familiar, trusted presence. You get to be a family member again.
About the retainer
Retainers typically run 20 to 40 hours per month, covering the onsite and in-person work required to execute your Bridge Plan. Recommended add-on services from outside vendors (contractors, care aides, tech installers, and so on) aren't delivered directly by us, but we handle the quotes, the screening, and the contracting on your family's behalf, so nothing lands on your plate.
