Distance amplifies anxiety. A shared calendar and gentle, regular check-ins keep everyone on the same page and lower the loneliness on both sides.

A shared digital calendar, included in the monthly retainer
Guidance choosing cost-effective virtual monitoring, plus procurement and installation
Weekly updates to the remote caregiver

Relief and Moral Support

Support for YOU

A safe space with a trusted advisor who listens, coaches, and helps you find the resources you need. And a steady ear for your loved one too, because loneliness and depression are real risks.

What's included

Weekly in-person visits with your loved one (roughly 5 to 10 hours per week, depending on the retainer)
A daily 10-minute check-in outside of onsite visits
Consistent touch point check-in calls outside of onsite visits
A weekly status update to the family
A monthly 60-minute call with the caregiver

Behind-the-Scenes Support

The quiet, unglamorous work that keeps a plan from falling apart. Coordinating vendors, making the calls, handling the small fixes yourself when it's faster, and managing every stage of a move.

What's included

Making calls and coordinating vendors and services within the retainer
Managing movers before, during, and after a physical move
Screening, quoting, and contracting recommended service providers on your behalf

Every Bridge Plan is built around your family.
